Between her memory and her sister

I met my wife when she was 22. I was 28 then. She was an orphan and struggling really hard to make ends meet. She had none except her younger sister, Doris who was 20 then. My wife didn’t want to go back to school so I started a business for her instead. We got married a year later. Due to some issues she wasn’t able to conceive till 5 years after our wedding. We had twin boys but I lost my wife during childbirth. Her sister who has been staying with us since we got married stayed on after my wife passed. She cared for my boys like they were hers and we got through our loss together. She had to quit her job at a point to take care of the children. She has been taking care of me as well. She cooks, cleans, washes, run errands and practically does all the household activities. She has really been good to us since it happened. The problem is this: she entered into my room last week and told me to my face that she is in love with me and that I should man up and pay her bride price. I was too stunned to say anything. She kissed me and left. I left very early for work the next morning because I was avoiding her and yet she brought lunch to the office. When I got back at night, I avoided her again and went straight to my room and locked it. She knocked but I pretended to be asleep.
